A Clear-cut, rectangular, mobile advertising banner with a new wind-up mechanism. By simply turning the crank the supports are extended to stretch the rectangular advertising area, which becomes a smooth surface. The mechanism inside will then become invisible. Functional snap-in connectors between the fabric and the frame enable fast and easy changing of the advertising surface. Discreet fabric loops allow the display to be anchored with pegs in soft ground. Ballast bags inside are used for weighting the panel down on hard surfaces.
